TERMS OF SERVICE

General Terms

✦ You may not sell, reproduce or alter the artwork you payed for. You are allowed to use it for personal use only (such as profile picture).✦ I DO NOT work with individuals who support NFTs, nor do I accept commissions for the purpose of creating NFTs.✦ These commissions are intended for non-commercial work only. If you wish to commission a commercial work please discuss with me.✦ I have the right to reject any commission request.✦ Terms & Services are subject to change.

Notice

✦ Commissions are a first come first serve. If you need a commission done by a deadline, let me know in the commissions application and I'll let you know if I can get your commission done in time.✦ Once commission is approved, I will send you a PayPal invoice to your email. I will only begin your commission after the full payment is received. If you are in a tight situation, we maybe able to negotiate. Please let me know if PayPal does not work for you and we can find other ways.✦ I will send you a sketch of your commission to you in case you want me to change/fix anything. I will show progress if you request it. You may request a couple of changes to the finished product within 48 hours of being sent.✦ Any major revisions may require additional payment depending on the complexity of it.✦ There are times where I will stream doing Art Commissions on Twitch. Please let me know in advance if you are alright with this.

Payments

✦ At the moment MOST Payments will be done through Paypal.✦ If Paypal is impossible, please let me know and we'll see what other options there are.✦ I will tell you the price and then I'll get a sketch for you before final confirmation. 100% of the payment must be submitted before I can truly continue with the commission.

Q: Do you do art trades?
No.

Q: Am I allowed to post the art that I have commissions
from you on my social media account or use it as a profile picture?
Yes - As long as you give proper credit.
